MonthlySolid fuel cooking, such as wood or charcoal.
Every 3 monthsHigh volume kitchens: 24-hour cooking, charbroiling, wok cooking.
Every 6 monthsModerate volume, which covers most restaurants.
Every yearLow volume: churches, day camps, seasonal businesses, senior centers.
